This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     My new (well refurbished) laptop is being delivered today via UPS as we speak! I've been lurking here for about a year, always wanting a G73JH, but never being able to afford it. When I saw the refurb for $850 on Best Buy's website, I jumped on it since I had been saving up slowly, but was a few months off from purchase! Broke now, but excited. :)

    I'm going to be playing WoW a lot, hopefully on fairly high settings, but I'm also going to want to branch out a bit. I have a PS3, but it mainly functions as media server at the moment for my family so I could see this laptop taking over my gaming for the most part.

    Not sure how much I'm going to be attempting to do as far as drivers, thermal paste, etc. goes because I'm a bit nervous about wrecking the laptop, but I wanted to finally register here in case I did end up delving into that. I would also appreciate any helpful advice or whatever! :)
