when i first got this laptop i would be able to play starcraft 2 around 65 fps easily but now im getting around 35 on ultra, im running CCC 10.12, also i noticed world of warcraft has been a little more sluggish, anyone know what may be causing this? i feel like it might have been ever since i updated my ccc but im not sure, GPU temps are also around 55c-61c while playing wow

One of your power settings has got to be off. Your temps are too low so your gpu probably isn't throttling up all the way, which explains your lower FPS.

I know you said your settings are maxed out, but let's start there. Make sure your power4gear is set to High Performance. Then use GPU z to confirm your GPU is at 400/1000mhz. It should then throttle up to 700/1000 when you run a game.

    Let us know what happens.

Virus, malware probably. Also, I'd turn TwinTurbo off if I were you. It makes things worse.
