My cousin has an asus g73sw , and wants to upgrade, so he asked me some choices,
    i preffered him to get i7 2960xm and 32gb ram ,
    will that laptop support it??
i just told him , he thought of going with alienware but i told him to stick with asus because asus is free from 8 beeps error from alienware.
i dont think he have budget issues ,
and said me he will give his old 16gb ram to me :D

Why in the hell would anyone need 32GB of RAM? Even 16GB is overkill. Are you running your laptop as a server or something?

You do realize that anything over 8GB has zero performance gain for gaming?
That CPU would hardly have any impact as well.

If it's for gaming, buy an Alienware.

If budget is not an issue i personally don't see an issue with going for Alienware aswell.
I went myself for G74 because Alienware M17x with pretty much same specs costs around 700-800 EUR more where i live.
