    Asus G74SX-XR1 VS G74SX-XT1

    I am going to buy the G74SX-XR1, however I find it's out of stock in most retailer website .
    Then I found that tigerdirect has G74SX-XT1 for 1,499 and it's tax free, so the price is almost the same with G74SX-XR1(After tax)
    Is the G74SX-XT1 model really better than G74SX-XR1 ? Is it worth to buy?

    The X models are pretty much the same things but are made specifically for different retailers. If you compare the specs and they are the same, then you can bet the computer is the same.

    The XT1 models are for tiger direct, as Cocoito listed the XA1 is a Amazon model. The XR1 models though are less specific and can be found at more places.
