    Hi guys!

I'm considering to buy an Asus G750 and I would like to hear your opinion regarding this series.

    1. What are the issues or known problems (overheating, bugs, etc.)?
    2. Any problems installing Windows 7 on this model?
    3. Is Windows 8 faster on it?
    4. Are the bundled M.2 SSDs reliable?
    5. What's the manufacturer and model of those M.2 SSDs?
    6. Could you post the benchmarks (3DMark 11, etc.)?
    7. Is there a better gaming laptop costing around US$ 2,300.00? Why?
    Thanks in advance.

My old G73Jh have a glossy screen and it still perfect after almost 4 years of daily operation.
The LCD is a Hannstar HSD173PUW1 btw.
What is the G750JH LCD (manufacturer and model)?
Some system integrators offer the regular matte and the "Anti-Glare Screen"[1], which seems to be another kind of matte. Is it as bad as the regular matte?

    Thank you for sharing! ;)
When you write "not upgradable" you mean only CPU & GPU, right?

Yeap, you cant change the cpu and gpu but i dont think you are gonna need to do so.. An i7 4700hq is more than enough for heavy cpu games or tasks and the gtx 780m is just a monster..

The "Matte" and "Anti-glare" wording are referring to the same screen type. I personally like a matte type over a glossy but it comes down to your taste. More and more manufacturers are using matte type screens now.
