    Heya.

I got a pretty nasty problem with my semi new G750JX.

Noticed today, that the battery is on 0%. Even though the power adapter is plugged in.

Ive tried rebooting, changing power settings. But that havent worked.

    Can anyone help me ?

There may be an internal issue with the battery then.

I've had the same problem with an G51. Unfortunately, I ended up replacing the battery with a new one, the explanation being we must never let the battery go completely flat or else..
Hope you fix your issue without replacing anything. I do also have a G750JX so I'm a bit nervous..

If it is a bad battery you will want to address that with Asus as soon as you can. They only have a 6 month warranty on them so don't sleep on it.

This, batteries and adapters do tend to have separate warranty periods round the industry.

Lithium batteries can catch fire or explode if you try to charge them when their voltage is too low or too high. So they have circuitry built into them which prevents you from charging them if either of these conditions occur. So if you run a battery to 0%, you should recharge it ASAP. If you let it sit on the shelf for a few weeks or months, it could self-drain below this threshold voltage, and will refuse to let you charge it again.
