    Hi guys,

    I am looking for an unlocked BIOS to hopefully enable me to use my faster G.SKILL DDR4 Memory with 2400 Mhz vs the standard 1400 its locked at right now?

    Also can i overclock the CPU and undervolt from the unlocked bios?

I can't assure you that... but this method it worked with my laptop (check my signature) even though this guide was made to a different laptop model but it only enabled me to have a semi unlocked bios due to chipset tab was still hidden so... I went editing my BIOS with a hex editor and it worked ;) after trying all kind of unlocked options I went to the moment that I bricked my laptop it went like a peace of plastic but reflashing my BIOS through SPI programmer will revive it ;) .. you can buy it from ebay or amazon. But you really need to know what your are doing and don't freak out when something gets messy... the SPI programmer will come to save your day no matter what you did with your BIOS :)

    You seem new to this so.... I will help you... download AFUWIN64.zip from my attachment, open AFUWINGUI.exe and click save :) after that upload your BIOS and give it to me... I will mod your BIOS and even if you want to have to OC your CPU by BCLK.. I will mod it for you too :) but first let me unlock your BIOS first and after that if everything went well.. I will mod your BIOS to have BCLK unlocked too if you want :cool:

    BUT I assume no responsibility under anything which might break or burn or brick that will happen to your laptop :) if you willing to take the risk... I will be happy to mod it for you ;)
