I have customised my entertainment mood lid close action to sleep mood. But every time i close the lid it goes to sleep but after sometimes it wakes up..i have checked the setting...there is nothing wrong.

Are you saying the laptop wakes up when the lid is closed? Have you tried changing this setting in Windows' native power management options?

I don't think so, though personally I don't use WPM as P4G worked fine for me. Give it a go without uninstalling P4G, and if it still doesn't work uninstall the P4G drivers.

This is a sloppy solution, as the P4G drivers are rather helpful, but at least you'd know if they were the source of your problems.

go to device manager , check the mouse and the adapter and uncheck "allow this device to wake computer"

    Mostly this is the case
If your's is Logitech unifing or some mouse with key input function , also check keyboard as they have some function act as keyboard input

Did you check the link i post? I dont have a external HDD with me now so I am not sure which 1 to click,

Try disk drives and Universal Series Bus controller. Or post a screenshot with those expanded.

double click USB Mass storage and see if there is the option, if not ,expand disk drives and double click on the external HDD name.

Personally i think mouse usually cause the problem as slight move would wake the computer.
