    Hi,
the problem is the next one, umm like in january of this year, my graphic card failed, I dont know why, it just happened, when i checked in the control panel, it appears with a yellow triangle, and it says that it has "stopped because it has reported problems". I searched in google, and saw a couple of guys that were facing the same problem, i tried a lot of things, like uninstall and reinstall the drivers, restore system, etc. And the only fix was to update the bios, i did that and it worked perfectly all these months, until a couple of days ago.
It happened the same thing, but I checked the asus site, and like 3 or 4 updates of bios were released. So I decided to update the bios again to fix the problem, and it worked perfectly. But again I don't have idea of what happened, it started failing in the same way. Im not sure if it happened before in the other fails, but at this time i noticed that the keyboard backlights and the button that normally is in the upper left side of the notebook that opens the asus console doesn't work either. I restarted the laptop, and when I restart it, in the booting it flash the keyboard light normally.

So I decided to try to reinstall the bios, cause something happened. And when I tried to reinstall the last version it failed, I mean, it doesn't even started, the Asus Easy Flash Utility doesn't allow to flash the same version or an older version of the bios. And there isn't any new version of bios, But I need it :(

Maybe Asus could release an update in a couple of months, but I don't want to wait that much! Maybe they don't release another one. I saw the afudos tool to downgrade, but when I was reading the tutorial, I saw that they work with .rom files, and the bios updates of my asus aren't .rom, are for example Q500LF.215 or Q500LF.214, the extension of the file is the version of the bios.

What can I do? Do you think that if I remove the CMOS battery of the lap could it help?

Fail Safe BIOS is Ctl + HOME key hold down on boot until Ezflash starts. Here is the catch you have to have the version of BIOS you want to install on the Root of your C: drive.
Q500LF.214 if you change the extension from .214 to .ROM as in Q500LF.ROM.
You'll have to get it onto the root of your hard drive then the Ctrl + Home will work and down grade your BIOS to which ever version you put on your hard drive. Flash drive will not work.
