Hey,
my Asus G73JH A1 has been overheating lately and I contacted their customer support, where they told me to update Bio 213, which I did.
However the problem still persists, so I will send that laptop in since a gaming laptop unable to play games sucks major.
What can I expect in relation to the duration of the process?
Will they sniff through my laptop or maybe even do a factory reset?
Sorry for those nooby questions.
Thank you![]()

It helps to read and do what the only sticky this forum has. The mod has created this thread for a reason.

i am going to tell you one thing
don't loose your time contacting ASUS by emails
they always respond to update your bios for all the problems.... or if that didn't work to contact the local asus centre (which is the good option)
your question is answered million times
clean the vents first and monitor the temperature ...if that doesn't work for you then you need to repaste -
Could you please show me where it is in the FAQ?

Besides, it's in the G73 section. There are only 12-14 threads posted there, and the names will give you a very good idea. -
