Take it back to Best Buy. Geek Squad will handle any warranty work needed for your laptop.

The problem that I have is that in order to return my laptop I have to fill the "RMA Request Form", this one http://vip.asus.com/eservice/usa_rmaserv.aspx
And since I don't live in the US or canada i don't know what info to put on the form.

The only usefull thing that asus has told me is that i have to contact the North American asus customer service since my laptop was bought on north america.

What kind of problems are you experiencing? You may be able to fix it yourself.

    - The first one and most important is that the graphics card tends to overheat a lot, even when not playing games.
    - Some of the rubber pads/feet under the computer where badly glued and they fell down, hens they go lost. They were the one on the battery and the two on the sides of the battery.
    - The left shift key already had a broken clip that makes the key stay in its place and now it’s falling out of place and is very annoying while playing games.
I had tried to fix this problems on my own but haven’t success

The first one I haven't done really anything because i am afraid to damage the warranty, but i was told to always put it on a flat sufrace as i always do, to upgrade the bios to the 211 as i did, to upgrade the catalyst drivers also did that and to put or renew the thermal paste that that is the one i haven't done because of the warranty.

the key i can order one at laptopkey.com

but the rubber things under the laptop I have no clue were to get them and as always asus don't help with this only dumb answers

Seems like all your problems can be fixed at home.

1.You have to repaste your GPU (graphics card). This requires you to open up your laptop, but does not void your warranty. You would just need to buy some thermal paste. Please refer to this thread for FULL instructions: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asu...um/527654-newbs-guide-repasting-your-g73.html

2.I have also lost a rubber pad. Its no big deal (for me at least). I'm not sure if Asus sells rubber feet replacements, but in the meantime you can just add some type of padding underneath. I have these sticky rubber feet things underneath my laptop that raise my laptop about 1/4 inch from the surface.

3.You would just need to buy a replacement key.

    Good luck! :)

I forgot about a thing, my touchpad is like really crazy, I had to disable the pinch feature because when i used the touch pad it zoomed every thing, also it freezes, when i click at somthing it didn't respond and the cursor dissapears and appears in random places.

I read some forum that updating the BIOS to 211 will fix the problem but it didn't for me.

There's another update coming. And yes, the g73 touchpad is super sensitive - you don't have a defective one, they're just all super sensitive and so much bigger than normal.
