If this laptop has a mux switch or Advanced Optimus at the very least, it will check pretty much every box on my gaming laptop wishlist.

Now that they finally added a webcam, this looks very tempting!

Fingers crossed they also have two user-accessible RAM slots.

Looks like that's a no based on this image. A maximum 48 GB of RAM implies 8 GB is still soldered. Bummer.

just search better, I noticed that S17 got 3x pcie 4.0. Appears that only new razer and msi got only 1x pcie 4.0, the others are 3.0.
So the only thing not good is the max 48gb ram. Right now I got 64Gb, because I play Cities Skylines with a lot of mods.

Previews are coming out on YT now. Most interesting one I found was from UltrabookReview. While the continued use of soldered RAM is a downer, the more deal-breaking issue for me is the fact that the larger/taller display means the status LEDs reflect on the screen itself rather than the chin bar as they do on the G15.

Have a M16 on hand for review and it's got a fully unlocked BIOS.. You can OVERCLOCK AND UNDERVOLT fully.. Got mine to 4.5ghz stable ALL-CORE.. it's insane. i7-11800h. Imagine paying for the i9 model? This unit is amazing so far (besides the broken screen I got), pending exchange.

I was curious if you could share any of your undervolting or overclocking values? I'm finding them hard to come by when trying to find a good starting point for my own 11800h undervolting.

I'm really considering picking one of these up if I can muster a decent deal on it. I like the form factor, curious if anyone has any experience with battery life? Also I'm assuming it supports USB-C charging?
