    Hi
I have bought an Asus Tuf gaming laptop from Bestbuy back in November 2019 as open box excellent condition. when i received the box there was seal that showed inspected by Bestbuy.
i didn't open the laptop since then but finally i have decided to open the laptop and check it after around 4 months!. first thing i have noticed that battery was completely empty, so i connected the charger and run the windows setup and let the laptop to be charged for 3 hours. i have checked later and still battery was showing at 0% in BIOS and as plugged in not charging in windows. one more wired issue is some time after booting to windows, suddenly laptop goes to sleep mode after 1 or 2 minutes only! i have tried to change power option to disable the sleep timeout but still this issue is present, i think is related to battery issue.

Note: i know laptop is still under warranty but i have imported this laptop from US and I'm living in Meddle East, so no point to send it back to US because of shipping and handling charges.

My laptop Model is Asus FX505G Bestbuy version with Intel i5 9300H Processor.

If the battery was already low, after 4 months it might self discharged too much..
If you have warranty, ask Asus if they service the laptop in your country, because doesn't make much sense to send it all the way back to the US.
