I bought the laptop from somebody a few months ago and he bought it from his brother last year, so its out of warranty.
But 3 months back I was having a issue with what I thought was the charger. I would have to wiggle the cable, move it a certain way and let it sit and if was touched slightly it would stop charging, Eventually it got worse, and I finally got myself 2 new chargers, and then both of these still I had to fight and wiggle and tug on it for it to charge. Now the laptop just doesn't charge at all doesn't matter how I put the chargers.
    What can I do now?

It sounds like it is the port, its possible the soldering had came undone. Many Asus computers come with a 2yr warranty which is transferable. You may want to try contacting Asus to see if they will cover it.
If not you'll want to find someone who knows how to soldered the charge port back into place.

Never continue to use products with loose chargers, it can damage the product and cause fires.

Sorry to jump on this but Asus wouldn't cover it for me. It was going to be ~200$.

Were you outside of warranty, as I have heard it being repaired while under warranty.

They would likely replace the motherboard.
