Are you saying its always been this warm, or that recently its getting worse?

If its always been like this, then removing the access panel and putting the laptop on a cooler should help.

If its only just getting worse and you have already cleaned it out completely, then you might need to reapply the thermal paste between the CPU/GPU and their respective heat-sinks, something like IC Diamond or Arctic Silver.

A combination of the both procedures, above, would be best if you wanted to get temps down as far as possible, as well as model specific mods, for the G51 I am not too sure of many, someone else can chime in on that one :)

About whether or not those temps are normal, if those are idle, they are a bit high, but not dangerously so.
