    So I updated to 211 to see how it performs. Now I realise that it increases fan speed. But does it do this automaticly or can I manually manage this setting? Having trouble noticing a difference?

    By the way used WINFLASH and had no issues.

    Please help me out. Cheers.

    As far as i know it is the GPU fan that has been modified so that it starts "full blow" earlier in order to keep it cooler. It´s nothing you as a user can control afaik.

    Yeah that's what I thought But on GPU-Z its still saying its running at 30% fan speed, even when its getting up to 80ish degrees. Strange.

    Anyone else got some insight on this?

    I think the full effect on the fan starts kicking in at around 84 degrees, atleast on mine. If it bothers you, try downgrading to 209. I know that some ppl in this forum skipped 211 as it "does no good" :)

    Some notes about the GPU fan.

    - There is NO tool on this planet that can monitor the fan speed. The value you read is fake;
    - BIOS 211 will move the fan to 100% speed earlier. From about 83C it went to 76C;
    - the GPU fan DOES gradually start to turn faster when the temperature goes higher. If you have no hearing problems you can clearly hear this;
    - the trigger temperature sensor is TSS0 and not TSS1.

    Ok then great. Cheers for the response. Hopefully it makes a difference, not that I've had trouble with over heating in the first place.

    Thanks.
