    If you wait for a bit, the Targus Drifter II might go on sale. Excellent backpack. The 16" model is currently $68, but I got mine off of an Amazon deal for about $50.

    I was looking at that actually......and Targus Terra as well but latter looks less durable..but has red accents which I like.

    Flex is minimal...you have to press hard to flex it a little and I'm scared to press it harder than that..lol
    However There is noticable flex at the back of the screen though..but its there in almost all notebooks as far as I know..

    They both look pretty good, haha. What I'll say about buying a backpack is this--getting a Targus is a great investment. The Lifetime Warranty is awesome. No matter what breaks, you send your bag in and they'll either replace the bag or replace the part.

    Not to resurrect an old thread :p However I uploaded a few benchmarks of the G550JK as I couldn't find many when I first bought mine. Great little laptop! Did upgrade the HDD however..
