Hello I was just looking at my BIOS and its Version 209. On the ASUS site it has Version 213 but it dosn't say what it fixes? just "Firmware change".
Whats the best version to have install and Why is it the best

Going from 209 to 213 you would be:
    1. Having the fans kick in at an earlier "max" temp
    2. Any keyboard lag would be fixed (if you have it), as well as possible fixing or at least making-better any touchpad problems when paired with the new touchpad drivers, however I think the problem still persists for some (point 2 was the changelog, as far as we know, from 211 to 213)

Im running 213 and have no problems :)

213 did not fix the keyboard lag for me.

Really? Well I stand corrected  I had thought 213 fixed the keyboard for everyone (well for the most part) and that it was only the touchpad left that was still giving some people issue.

Anyways I didnt have any problems before 213, but its certainly not anyworse after :)

What I would like to know is if 213 has any performance gains over any earlier versions, mainly 211.

I've used my G73 since the day I got it. 5 days a week for over 50 hours a week between gaming & work. The Keyboard lag is fixed when instructions are followed properly. And the touchpad works just fine. I guess there are people who are touchpad gurus but if you are using the touchpad to game you must be that person everybody kills.

Actually, there are people with buggy touchpads - just because you don't have a problem doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

213 really addresses keyboard lag, I think any touchpad fixes are incidental, not intentional.
