I've been getting the BSOD every time I log into my laptop. The only way to access my laptop without having the BSOD is through safemode.
Is there anyway I can fix this problem? Early thanks.

Run msconfig or regedit and disable startup items.

Do you know what item the BSOD is reporting to fail?

No, I have no clue whats the cause of the BSOD.
@Groceries, what do I disable in particular? All of them?
Does this include the services also?

Should I install an anti-virus program and do a full scan?

You can do selective startup, or disable them all and manually re-enable them one at a time.

Event viewer should usually give you a report of startup items that have problems.

In event viewer, i've noticed that my critical problem source recently is kernel power.
What do I do to fix this problem?

Try removing any realtek drivers, or search for the exact event id and see what pops up.
