I've had my g73jh-x1 for a couple days now and I updated pretty much everything. Ziddy's vbios, BIOS 209, Radeon driver 10.7. Everything is running well, but I forgot to make a backup copy of my hd. Should I still try to do this? Should I uninstall SC2 and BF2 that I have on the hd beforehand? Or is it too late? Also, for some reason my g73 did not come with an OS CD. Help much appreciated.

Someone would have to back me up here, but you probably have a "restore partition" on your HDD unless you've repartitioned it. That's why it didn't come with an OS CD/DVD.

    Cheers,

Correct, if yours didn't come with a restore disc then you have a hidden restore partition. Running the AI recovery disc burner thing will just burn the data from the hidden partition, not your actual C:.
