Hi there guys. I sometimes hear a beep sound from my G750JS model when i access some files and folders. I heard it when i opened recycle bin and one time heard when i opened hwinfo. Should i be worried?

Laptop is working fine for now. I hope stays that way. But what can we say of problems. Suddenly pops from nowhere.

It's likely you hit a second key by accident or something which caused a input clash or similar.

Check the Windows Sounds regarding "Navigation".

Its a strange different sound not even a beep.

- Control Panel -> Sound -> Sounds -> Sound Scheme -> No Sounds.
- Check virus scanner.

If you are really concerned you can record it, otherwise I would really not worry.

i think its a sort of processing sound coming from within the laptop not the speakers.

If it is then disabling onboard beep would silence it (it's an smd on the motherboard):
'Device Manager' -> 'View' -> 'Show hidden devices' -> 'Non-Plug and Play Drivers' -> 'Beep' -> 'Properties' -> 'Driver' -> 'Startup' -> 'Disabled'

Thanks i will check it out
