The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Thread title says it all. I want to order my laptop today and I've been looking at XoticPC, especially because I can do phone purchasing (don't have my debit card and my parents don't like internet shopping). They've got the lowest prices, too.

    Just wondering if anybody has had any issues with them or might know of a better place to customize/purchase.

    Hi Fluke, I'm sure you'll get honest feedback from alot of people here on their experiences with several reseller, a great place to look is also resellerratings.com not only for notebook companies but also any store online to read lots of reviews past customers have posted.
