I was looking at:
Amazon.com: 6230 IEEE 802.11n (draft) Bluetooth 3.0 - Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Combo Adapter: MP3 Players & Accessories
I would like bluetooth also but my main concern is a powerful wireless card with good signal and speed. The current card in my G53SW-XN1 only gets 3 bars while my Alienware M14X gets 5 bars in the same room.

The Intel 6230 wireless card is the best one to get if you want to keep bluetooth. It will have a faster transfer speed (300mbs) vs the stock (130mbs) as long as you have a router capable of transfering those speeds. It wont help your internet speeds though as most home connections are 7-15mbs. It can help with signal and latency though.
The link you have is the right model number but not the right product. Look for the Intel Centrino Advanced 6230 wireless card -
Thanks but at my school internet is pretty fast
I found a cheaper one and from a more reliable company:
