easiest way is to buy a bios chip from ebay and soldering it or else you have to have an spi programmer , to program new bios into the chip.

hello friend, I think you said in another topic, who would want to change the BIOS of your model JH to JW, you already did it?
I was curious, because you will try to use the GTX 560M on it.
    Keep us informed.

Open a topic if you can!

    Hey Mate!!
Yea I said it in another thread, but I didnt get a chance to check it because I sold my gtx 560m , the Asus G73Jw will boot up with an nvidia card , but for gtx 4XX series cards, it has some restrictions , if your going to try upgrading to an gtx 560 , most probably it will work , however gtx 560m didnt work on my G73Jh , I didnt have an G73Jw to test it. someone here should pull the trigger .

Because the bios file I have has all the serial and all info about my laptop, if you flash it to your , then dang, I wont be able to surf online, it will be a big problem.
il give my bios , all you have to do is, edit my serial no, and replace it your your info, thats it, if you cant do this, im not willing to give it to you.

try pressing ctrl+alt+del and see if laptop restarts with the indication of blue leds below the touch pad .
if you can restart with these keys then , the gpu in it mite be dead , I have experienced that issue.
