"Can not start Bluetooth. Bluetooth hardware is not found."

What? I've searched for hours and cannot find the fix for this. Anyone have any idea what the deal is? Cannot connect my cellphone nor wiimote because the bluetooth device on the laptop is not discoverable. Thanks in advance.

I believe with bluetooth, you need to search for it at the same time on both devices that you are using...

go to start, type in services and click on services. Make sure the bluetooth is enabled and set to auto.

Make sure for your laptop, when u put in the bluetooth, that it is recognizing it by finding it under manage (right click on my computer). Under manage, see if there are any updates for it.

also, do a windows update while the bluetooth is in (even if windows tells you there aren't any updates). The update is in the ctrl panel.

    Well... good luck.

If you bought your laptop from Best Buy, there is no bluetooth. Don't know which model you have so just giving a general factoid.
