    Bluetooth issue

    I am not able to install bluetooth software. I downloaded few drivers and whichever is try to install this screen pops up "no Bluetooth device was detected.Please make sure that your Bt device is plugged in properly in order to continue installation"? Any ideas?
    Im having G73sw-A1 and ive just wiped my system using Sarges step by step instructions.

    Did you try the BT drivers on your Driver CD?

    it was not enabled(fn+F2) and when i did it,message from taskbar showed up saying that some usb device is not recognized :S
    anyway,after enabling i tried with installation again but same thing, "no bluetooth device was detected...
    i can not see the bt adapter in device manager as well!
