    If the option is not in the bios, disable secure boot, enable CSM and it should appear.

    i did that,, the option appears in the boot sequence and I put the usb at the top of boot order but still doesnt boot from the usb..

    I have created bootable recovery usb.. it works fine on my hp laptop but dont know why its not working on my ASUS.

    I think your laptop uses UEFI, meaning you need a USB stick formatted for UEFI.
