I just bought a quad core version of the G72GX on newegg.com. I instead, got the dual core version RBBX05 rather than the quad core RBBX09. On the laptop, it says that there is an Intel Quad Core 2. (Its the sticker). I just realized this when I was able to use Turbo Gear. happened?

Newegg lists the G72GX-X1 as being currently unavailable. Having said that, this might be a terrible mistake on either newegg or your part. I'd suggest getting on the phone right away and keep your purchase documents handy!
