    Brand New g73Jw-a1 keyboard light does not work

    anyone can help,
    i tried left upper corner button, there are 3 options, all light off, lightbar off, all lights on, but keyboard light is still off. what else control this?
    it was working couple hrs before and not anymore.

    Fn + F4 and F3 to control the keyboard light.

    I have this problem too. the fn f3 and f4 do nothing.
