I have set my power plan to high performance and the brightness to 100%, but there is a bug that after the screen goes off, when you move your mouse, it turns back on with only 10% brightness then you have to manually increase the brightness up again.

Can someone tell meh how to solve this?

Try it yourself, set your monitor off time to 1 min for resting and leave ur pc for a while... see what happens when you move the mouse

I am using the ASUS Driver v9.18.13.1159

    I fixed the problem!

You have to go to the nVIDIA Control Panel then set the color management to nVIDIA, then you MUST restart! Problem gone :)
