    Hello,
    I am going to buy an Intel SSD drive, this one:
    Intel® SSD 320 Series 160GB 2,5", 25nm
    SATA 3 Gb/s (SATA2.0), 270MB/165MB/s read/write, reseller box

    Is this one going to work in the ASUS G73JH? Anything I should know about it? And how to install it?

    That unit will work fine. Drive bays are accessed through the underside panel. Just make sure you have mounting brackets for it. When looking down at them, the primary hdd bay is to the right.
