    Buying a GL702VM, can I buy an extended warranty directly from ASUS?

    I live in Canada and Amazon.ca doesn't offer any extended warranty options for purchase with this notebook. I hunted around and found this: http://www.asus.com/support/Premium_Care/

    But clicking the "buy it" link only provides options for European countries.

    Thanks but I was curious if ASUS themselves offer paid extended warranty option as Amazon.ca had no option for it.

    I would think you could do it through Asus directly once you get the computer, but you would probably want to check with them. Some sellers on Amazon might not have that ability to add that necessarily.

    The last time I discussed this with an authorized retailer, the extended warranty SKU had to be purchased at the same time as the laptop.

    asus does not directly offer extended warranties in the americas.
    I asked them already.
    You'll need to deal with square trade and such
