well i was thinking of buying the g53sw from newegg and im aware the g53 series haave numerous problems upon receiving. Be it dead pixels, battery not charging, etc. im kinda new about computers and new at this site as well.
My question is: if i bought this laptop and there were faulty problems with it, would i RMA to newegg or ASUS company?
Also i live i CAllifornia, Los Angeles and i read about the repair centers where i can drop and get it fixed? what's that about? is that center affiliated with ASUS?
I know RMA doesnt cost money in general but if i were to send it to this repair centers(mentioned in the first thread of the ASUS forum), do i have to pay money?
P.S. i want to stress whether i send it back to NEWEGG(reseller) or ASUS(manufacturer).
Thank you guys, i will appreciate any thoughts and comments..

If it's within 30 days you RMA it to newegg.

Although I'm currently RMA'ing my second g53sw, Newegg's service has been very good. You should read my post suggesting that Newegg actually has a bad batch of g53sw's. If the third replacement is also DOA, I will likely get an MSI.
