few days ago me and my brother played PORTAL 2 in CO-OP mode and i've got to say that game rocks ....
actually that was my first game in CO-OP mode and i loved it
other games to play in CO-OP ?
i am thinking about Resident evil 5
and one other thing if you are familiar with it
what is teknogods?
-
I like Left 4 Dead 2 ...
-
Me and my friend have gotten into Borderlands recently. Pretty addicting...I love me some loot. Resident Evil 5 is also a personal favorite.
-
Killing Floor.
Pretty sure its a against the rules to clarify further on Teknogods.
Sadly there aren't enough co-op games in the market, which is saddening. Its saturated with generic reflex shooters and continues to be. Brink, BF3 etc >.> -
while searching for co-op games i've read about technogods (i know what are you thinking so we are definitelly not going to discuss that)
i've just wanted to know of some games in co-op they are really fun
Serious sam can be played co-op too ? -
Teknogods got shut down though didnt they? Oh no wait that was an April fools

I posted earlier on getting Borderlands to work splitscreen on PC. You can do this by running two Borderlands in windowed modes, having one controlled by joystick and another by mouse / keyboard. There is a tutorial on YouTube but it is very difficult to get working. Basically the problem boils down to having two active / controllable windows. I couldn't get the AutoHotKey script to work right either
I don't see the logic to giving console kiddies splitscreen mode and disabling it for PC players. Beyond me. But if you're looking to play online co-op, Borderlands is my favourite of all time, closely followed by Left4Dead2 (which has a working splitscreen method by the way
).

Been playing some sanctum (I think it is), pretty cool little fps/tower def game, it's like 15 buck on steam. Right now only 2player multiplayer but it's supposed to get a 4 player uphrase soon. Check the video on steam.

Resident Evil 5, L4D2 (better with 4 ppl), and Borderlands (again better with 4, but not really needed). It's worth noting L4D2 can have its splitscreen enabled on PC, if you have a Xbox 360 controller connected (or you can use Xbox Controller Emulator to make Windows think another controller is the Xbox 360 controller).

killing floor - i've missed that game but will try it definitelly -
Yeah, borderlands is awesome, even just single player. The humour is great.
-
I can't believe nobody mentioned Serious Sam (HD) yet.
-
hey hey i've mentioned it

If you can get past the cell shaded graphics you'd get a kick out of Borderlands, mite_jan. It's very good. I played all the way through as the female character. My son played through as the sniper dude and it looked like a better play through with his choice.

Me and my friend are playing lara croft and the guardian of light and its superb in co-op mode!
-
you know what is the bad thing
i am playing with 5870 mobility card and my brother is playing with HD 4200 mobility card which would suck for him
anyway portal 2 was fine on his card and we've managed to end resident evil 5 too on low graphics and funny resolution

Way, WAY better as mordicai. Most of the game is geared towards either far away firefights, or way-up-close. Lillith is good vs. the Giant craw worm bonus boss after the game is done, but the crit bonus with mordicai is just HUGE, and when you can find such awesome machine pistols and add in his bonuses ... they're better than machine guns. Brick is alright, if you like a lot of melee, but you'll be second-winding it a lot. At least with the sniper, you can get an easy headshot/kill when you're down and come back. With all the other classes, it's so hard to recover from a fall without a rocket launcher...

Only ones I got into are Killing Floor and L4D2.
Just recently got into Borderlands and I'm just absolutely lovin' it so far. -
so lara croft and the guardian of light can be played only on 1 computer with 2 controlers or 1 controler and keyboard & mouse (the bad thin is that i don't have controlers)
so is there some other way that the game can be played on 2 computers or else
CO-OP games to play suggestions?
