    Can the G73sw and N53sv use normal Nvidia drivers?

    Just thought I'd check...I'm seeing some claims that Asus models can't, and these are two I'm looking at, so...thought I'd make sure.

    I mean can they install the normal Nvidia.com drivers with no hacks, tricks, mods, whatever, like other Asus and Dell notebooks I've used can?

    I'm using the Verde Notebook releases from NVIDIA without any issues.

    Hi there! I can vouch on the G73sw being fully functional with Nvidia's stock drivers. Plenty quick as well! =)

    Rep'd ya too! Thanks! I really appreciate...though I do wonder why Nvidia is so good about making sure their hardware works with Nvidia's drivers, when other companies aren't :(

    Sooooo important when I need the GPU for games and Blu Ray :)

    Dang, the G73 is kind of big for me, but otherwise....
