    I've noticed several folk trying to find this laptop in canada - extreme-pc.ca has it. I got my g73jh from them, and they were great.

    extreme pc are what i call a major rip off...a g73jh for 1800??? best buy has it for 1400...they are unreasonnable

    Extreme-pc does price matching - and yeah, BB has a stripped down model. It's like comparing a fully loaded car to a base model (comparing the two). Doesn't work.

    Anyways, they pricematch. And NCIX doesn't have it, and I wouldn't trust canada computers to send me an unopened one. I've bought (and returned) 3 computers from them, because they ship out refurbs as new (or something! I had fingerprints all over the one screen, another had a filled out warranty card with someone else's name, and another had the panel opened and the screws removed on the bottom, and was missing a stick of ram).

    Just saying, the 3D -JW is there.

    wow thats crazy. I've bought from Canada computers before but only at their retail locations where I can check everything is brand new. Hell, i got that Asus in my sig for $999 from them new and retail.

    Yeah, one of those 3 computers was from the retail location. I didn't think to open it up and check it on the spot.
