Cant install Creative Audigy ASUS G73JH

As the title says , I had ploblem on installing asus audio driver but other drivers were installed propably . Everytime I installed Creative Audigy it said " Setup is unable to detect a supported product on your system . Setup will exit " . Its weirder that when I installed Realtek Audio it worked but it also had an error about SRS Lab Audio . So when in game , I always had my laptop shut down . I couldnt start the lap again after like 1 to 3 mins . The light was turned on for 1 sec and then off immediately . I thought the lap's fans were hot but the tem of the lap wasnt high . So I guess it must be the conflict between the realtek audio and my asus . Help me guys

 

Have you tried a progran like Revo (free version) Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems
to remove all traces of the Realtek and Creative, then installing the original programs from the factory DVD?

Thanks for you guys tip . I installed them properly but my asus still had bsod when playing games . Do u guys have tips for that ?
