I don't seem to have my Catalysty Control Panel anymore, is there a way to get it back?

Re-install it. You can select what components to install when you run the Catalyst setup.

If the reinstall does not work you may need to do a clean install -

    Scroll down to
How to Setup (thanks to steviejones133)
in the first post. This worked for me. Be sure to use the latest versions of Drive Sweeper and CCleaner
If you have never used the these tools, I would suggest doing an backup of your system B4 using them.
