Confim JH G73 Latest Driver

Hi all!

Blasting my G73's data to hell and doing a fresh install.

Is this:
G73/74/53 Series Driver and Application Reference

Still the most up to date place for all the drivers and utilities or is there a better place.

I can't vouch for the most up to date, but most drivers are the latest version and if they aren't they are pretty close to being the latest ones. If you don't want to look everywhere, then this is your go to place. Chas also reported that the links were fixed. I took a quick look, IRST and CCC aren't the latest version, the rest seems pretty up to date to me, the drivers available will do much better than the ones on the disc that is for certain.

I also think is the most up-to-date place to get drivers, but some of the links are broken. The page was "updated" on 01/07/12, but I guess that does not mean that all of the existing links were also verified.

 

Chastity had to take an extended leave from the forums here and the rog forums and something happened with her host. Most of the links should be back up now and the not working ones should be back soon enough too. Unless some are against what Asus allows.

 

So other then the ATI drivers, how up to date are the drivers from the ASUS site?

 

It depends how you get them, if you get them from the driver page instead of the G73 page, you can grab the latest. Make sure they are compatible with your hardware though.

The Asus download site seems to be unavailable right now...

 

I've decided to get an offsite webhost to handle the file host. As usual, it's a work in progress.
