Anyone ever encountered the problem where this window comes up every time you start windows? I can't seem to find the process in the msconfig start up that's causing it. Any help would be appreciated as it's just annoying.

I would remove and reinstall both the drivers for the display panel and the video card.

Then I would clear all items in msconfig for startup and all non-MS items in Services.
