Asus Live Update installed some nVidia driver automatically, and now my display resolution (normal 1920x1080) only goes up to 1280 x 1024. Can anyone help please?

EDIT: Sorry for not being clear. It's the screen on my G73JW-XT1

EDIT2: Installed the newest driver from nVidia's website, everything works fine now.

I was about to suggest you go to the control panel and roll the driver back :) but since thats fixed, I would also suggest you get rid of Asus Live Update, its pretty useless, and as youve experienced first hand, can lead to mishaps ;)
