Do I even need VRM heatsink on Firepro M6000?

So I'm upgrading my G73jh to a Firepro m6000. My question is, should I even bother putting a heatsink on the VRMs? It's got a board power of only 45w and I don't plan to increase is voltage.

I'm asking mostly because the stock 5870 doesn't seem to have much VRM coverage on it and it does just fine. If I can save time and money by not even worrying that's be nice.

Thanks in advance for any advice
