I brought a new Asus strix laptop the other month...and I bought it online. Since there were many horror stories of laptops being shipped with faulty parts by many retailers...the day I got it I opened it and I checked whether everything was proper or not. Since then I used it for about a month...I play all kinds of video games . The other day..suddenly while playing..my laptop turned off...and doesn't seem to turn back on. The moment I click on the power button...the keyboard lights up and turns off.
So does this mean the warranty is voided because I opened my laptop...and FYI: The ram had a paper like thing on top and I didn't know what it was back then and to check the ram I might have accidentally bent the paper a little. Help IDK what to do!!

Try sending it in for repairs. As long as you didn't break a warranty seal, it *should* be fine. Though if left any sort of noticeable mark, then you may have reason for concern. The only thing you can do is send it to the local service centre.
