    Hey all
After doing lots of researches I've decided to go with ASUS G73 but due to some limitations I can only buy from newegg or amazon.(Max budget is $1600)
Anyway, here are the 2 models that I'm considering
    G73SW-A1
Amazon.com: ASUS G73SW-A1 Republic of Gamers 17.3-Inch Gaming Laptop (Black): Computer & Accessories
    G73SW-XA1
Amazon.com: ASUS G73SW-XA1 Republic of Gamers 17.3-Inch Gaming Laptop (Black): Computer & Accessories

1)I'm leaning more toward A1 because of BD/More HDD but I'm planing to add a SSD later. So I should I go with XA1 instead ?
2)I checked newegg's link of A1 and it showed pictures of a bag and mouse,do both of these models have bag and mouse ?
    3)How's the build/keyboard quality of G73SW ?
4)How much battery life can I expect from these 2 ?

    Thanks :)

    1. Well then you could just put the HDD you take out, into an external case and use it as an external hdd :) so that one is up in the air.
    2. Pretty sure only the A1 and A2 models of the G73's get those extras.
    3. Well It should be identical to the JH, that being said, pretty good, no real keyboard flex or anything, its a pleasure to type on. The entire machine has been built pretty solid.
    4. I believe for the SW with 32nm Sandy, something like 3 hours is average, possibly 3 and a half if I remember correctly, but someone else might want to chime in on that one.

Thanks for the reply :) I guess I'll go with the A1 then.I think the Bluray, more HDD,bag and mouse is worth the extra $.
BTW,G73SW supports Sata III right ?

I think so, I have an A1 and use the mouse and bag all the time.

Yes, the SW supports SATA III :)
