Well after take'n Dallers advice i am going to save for a 940MX CPU.
So i went ahead and re-pasted my GPU and CPU WOWi never sweated so much in my life was not that hard just didn't what to bugger anything up!.
Well my CPU and GPU temps are about 10 to 9 degree Celsius (°C) lower i just got done now for a full night of gaming to test it out and hopefully i get no lock-up's or screen junk going to leave my laptop cooler off to.
Here is the video i used to help me :

That video is a good one but you do not need to bend the keyboard as they show in that video lol
Good to hear you are getting better temps but my advice is always to get the 920XM not the 940XM because you can still reach the same clocks the 940XM can when the multipliers are unlocked and there is a big difference is price. -
Ya i didn't do keyboard like they did lol and 920 it is
ya temps are more like 9 to 8 but hey lowers better right lol off to play some bad company 2 ZZZooommm !

Another post that supports our theory that repasting makes a difference
920 indeed, I am making the last payment on my loan this month and going to treat myself to an SSD and just stick with my 900p screen I have decided.
I think many of us can easily hold on till the G75. -
LOL loan for the CPU ? dam how much are they ?
-
Extra £200 a month will be nice need to do some research on SSD's though as I haven't got a clue and want a nice one that will last me. -
LOL well i just got done about 2 hr's of BC2 and gpu temp max was 85 i used GPU-z. I guess i will plug in my laptop cooler now im going to look into you overclocking cpu stuff.

Hey Dallers i forgot to ask you when you repasted you GPU was there like sticky tape junk on the GPU's ram ? should i have removed that and pasted it ?
-
Thats a thermal pad and well its up to you. If you do not want to rework the heatsink i would keep it there + if you remove it then you run the risk of damaging the core.
Im running wothout the pads. Had to modify the heatsink so it would cover the Vram. So far so good lol -
Ya i left it on just the the GPU chip.
-
If you remove the pads from the RAM they will could overheat and be damaged.
You can not use paste in place of pads because paste is not usable for filling gaps that wide. It will not stay in place.
First ever re-paste job so far so good :)
