Hey guys, so i have the asus g51vx best buy and i was wondering if i could lock the fn key, so i wouldn't have to hold it down to switch volume, brightness and stuff. I've tried fn+numlk, Ctrl+Numlk+fn, they don't seem to work.

I hope you guys could help me on this one.

^^^ Good point, my guess is that is by design - If I am on desktop and press F1 I get help, Fn anf F1 will sleep.

Other manufacturers (notably HP) have this option in the BIOS, but it's not a feature on any ASUS that I know of, at least.
