    ..medium-ish setting @ 1080p , stock clocks. The fight scene averages 25-29 fps (lowest was 22-24). Though the whole time it was completely smooth and very playable. I also deleted the 3D Vision driver of the 275.33 and its control panel from Add and Remove Programs. I might OC just for the heck of it, and just because of the numbers, he,he..

    Good idea to make sure spoiler images are hidden as your last couple of images are main points of the game.

    Thanks :)

    This confirms I should return my computer, it gets as low as 13FPS on battles, and stays generally below 20 (new drivers without 3D, medium settings with V-sync and SSAO off; exactly like you ...)

    You have AntiAliasing and SSAO which are 2 mains things that the Witcher uses to produce better visuals turned off.

    I have them on and ultra settings apart from Uber and see constant frames of 40+ at 1600x900 after installing patch 1.2.

    You have no place here until you change your profile pic to Triss Merigold.

    I blame your dangling object limit! :swoon:

    if your game is fluid enough with my settings, you could try change
    AllowAntialias=0 to AllowAntialias=1

    i think enable antialias didnt give to much performance hit, i always enable it.
    that setting is just for those who didnt have fluid gameplay

    I've OC just a bit to 686 core clock and 1372 mem. (linked increase adj.) using MSI Afterburner. Check out the fps on fights now. (only 11 Mhz. inc. and 22 Mhz. on memory). I think the GPU temp. was like 68-70*C after playing quite intensively (fighting) but relatively short time. The fights averages now to 24 to 32 fps (used to be 22-29 only) for only a slight OCing..

    ..still medium decals, texture downscaling low, texture memory size small and everything else are disabled and minimum, but 1920x1080p.

    I can't find spoiler option.. deleted images

    USE SPOILERS for those screens dudes... really... :(

    P.S: For me it's smooth playable if you "only" have 20 FPS... it's not a shooter or something :) Don't know why people always aim for the 30-40 FPS.. :)

    20 fps is not smooth enough
