It is tricky to give you an opinion on this to be honest.
You see the two sections that say 105oC which is 5oC above the boiling point of water that generally means two things, Fried eggs or it is time to open things up.
You most certainly need a repaste but you could initially try blowing out the vents but even so still repaste and dont stress test until you have because much higher and you in danger of fouling the GPU. This is pretty common with stock paste because it degrades and it would seem it has degraded near the edge of the chip more or has just been applied poorly which is the norm. Remove Asus pathetic attempt to apply Thermal Compound alcohol swab it clean and reapply some ICD if you can get hold of some. In regards to the pads you can either reuse the stock ones or get some brand new ones depends how throughly you want to do the job.
Your CPU temp is ok but running a little high so do an entire repaste experience on it and you will notice the difference. -
Yep, try cleaning the vents if you haven't already. If you have, then it's time to repaste with some ICD goodness.
-
Yep, time for a repaste. The temps are too far out of sync with the core.
-
ok, tanks for the advice, so it means, no more heavy gaming until I can repaste, I'm still waiting on the ICD to arrive.

Furmark should really be the only time it is pushing into the 100's a bit of light gaming wont hurt you and you can check what temps it is hitting by running HWINFO sensors in the background.
Just stay away from Crysis 2 etc for the time beingBattle Vs Chess you should be fine
