I've had my computer for about half a year now, and so far it is working fine. however, sometimes while playing games, the display, and then the rest of the computer will turn off completely. As far as I know it's not from heat, as the vents are not that hot. Whenever I try to turn it back on, I have to wait 30 seconds, because when I hit the power button it will flash blue for a split second and then stop until I wait bit.

Sounds like thermal shutdown. The BIOS will not allow the system to restart until temps reach a certain point. I would run a monitoring program like HWINFO32, and log the results. This way, when it happens again, you can check the log file and see what the temps were during gaming.

A repaste is needed, check Chastity's thread on repasting for more info and concerns regarding repasting.

    I hope you're talking about 75 degrees F, not C. :(

Thanks a lot, I suppose I'm going to repaste, even though this is a scary process to me. Do you need to buy any extra materials to do so besides the compound and the compound remover? I looked at the video for a bit and it seemed like you had to cut a few things to get in there.
