If you have a G51 or G60 and you have a program like HWMonitor, can you tell me your max fan speed (at full load/high temps)?

I need to know if I broke something because I cleaned out my fan from the inside and now I'm running about 200-400 rpm slower than I used to. I'm wondering if it's because I cleaned out the fan incorrectly or mispositioned a cable.

    Thanks!

Mine wont tell me a fan speed but if you're running lower RPM that probably means that its cooling more efficiently and doesn't need to ramp up to cool the same amout through a clean radiator as it did through a partially clogged radiator.

It only really matters if your temps are higher then before.

You are probably right. I was just worried because I lost 200 rpm at my lowest settings. My temps are 6-10C cooler though.

Then you're good, basically it was pushing more air before cause your radiator was clogged and now its not so the air and heat are effectivly pushed out at a slower speed.
